The Key to Possessing Your Promises

In this week’s sermon Pastor Nicole reminded us that our life’s purpose is not over until we pass it off to the next generation. The secret to a successful life in God is seen when we connect our lives to the other generations. The story of Moses raising up Joshua to take his place in leadership is a good picture of what each one of us must do in life. Jesus also modeled this with His disciples. He empowered the twelve to do greater things than He. Your life will have significant impact as you empower the next generation to stand on your shoulders and go further!

Keep Going 'Till You Reach the Prize

In this week’s sermon, “Keep going until you reach the prize,”  Pastor Jamey discusses the most important issue you’ll ever face.  — Jesus had great compassion on people’s brokenness.  He healed them all.  It was this same compassion that led Jesus to send out His disciples to minister in other cities.  The disciples went ahead of Jesus and prepared the way for Him to come later on.  When Jesus would show up later, the signs and wonders the disciples had performed all had prepared the people. The healings and miracles were all a part of pointing the way to Jesus.  The same is true still today.  In the end, every individual must come to know Jesus for themselves.  Experiencing a miracle or being healed are simply signs that point to the person you must come to know for yourself.  Do you know Jesus?  No matter your level of experiences in God, keep going until you reach the prize, Christ Jesus Himself!

Rules of Engagement
