In this week’s message, Pastor Jamey speaks on how the solution to the world’s problems has been placed inside of you. He compares life's in-between moments to a layover in an airport. Sometimes they feel mundane or inconvenient, but that's when the Lord tends to show up! Problems begin to be solved when we pause, see the people and the issue in front of us and choose to engage. When we see a gap and a solution comes to mind, there's a commission! The opportunity to connect and minister can come when we least expect it!

Life apart from God can create fear and lack of direction, but when we choose to see things from Heaven's perspective peace enters and things make sense! In this week's sermon, Pastor Jamey shares about the great commission, and how God's kingdom has been increasing since Jesus ascended into heaven. Jesus has invited us to participate in His mission - to make disciples of all nations. When we choose to slow down, receive a word from the Holy Spirit and connect with those in front of us, we are bringing the Kingdom of Heaven to Earth!

This week at The House Church we had the honor of hosting a special guest, Randall Worley. He brings a word about the power of our perspective in our circumstances. Oftentimes when we encounter problematic situations, we have the ability to view them through God's eyes, seeking opportunities for growth. God always knows the best solution and he wants to shift the way we see!

He is risen indeed! This week Pastor Jamey shared the reality of the Resurrection and what it means to him and what it means for all of us. Because Jesus died for our sins, we get to know that our lives are not over when we pass on. We have a whole cloud of witnesses - those who have gone before us - in heaven cheering us on. As he reads through the bible story, he compares each character and their reaction to the resurrection to different types of people going through their process. Whether you identify with the Marys, guards or the religious leaders in the story God has patience for your process and will send others to walk with you through it.

We often hear that God is a generational God, but how do we build a bridge from one generation to the next? Practically, what does it look like? This week Pastor Jamey shares the simple wisdom of how to bridge the gap. It looks like connectedness through a relationship. We are all called to be intercessors, not just prayer warriors, but those who grab ahold of someone and don't stop loving them until we see the goodness of God passed from our life into theirs. If we will love others authentically into who God called them to be it will become the beginnings of revival.

Guest speaker, Caleb Byerly shares a timely word on embracing the process of refinement. We live in the New Covenant, and God refines those that he loves with kindness and mercy. We can see it as a joy-filled process filled with promise, rather than punishment and struggle. If we pay attention to our words and actions the Lord will use them to reveal the state of our hearts. He can make us more like Christ as He redirects our thoughts and behaviors. Revival comes through hungry hearts who are desirous to reflect the character of God. When we choose to allow God to refine us, we make revival possible.

In this week’s sermon, Pastor Jamey continues sharing how remembering our testimony creates generational victory in our lives. We are encouraged to slow down and look for where the Lord is moving in our midst. Sometimes we get muddled down with the day-to-day, but God is always at work. It's up to us to have eyes to see! There is a promise in His word that God will pour out His spirit and turn the hearts of fathers towards their children and children towards their fathers. It's up to us to seize the opportunity and take hold of God's promises passed from generation to generation.

There is gold in every generation that can be inherited if the following generations will humble themselves, and show authentic value and honor for those who have gone before them. Only when we work together can we build a bridge that will allow what God has done in a previous generation to flow into the next!

The Lord is so near to each one of us, and it is essential for us to believe that he is always working on our behalf. In the wilderness the Israelites forgot about what God had done for them, and because of their disobedience they didn't receive His promise. It's so important for us to remember what God has done! In this sermon, Pastor Jamey talks about how sharing your testimony creates victory in your life and the lives of those around you. It is especially important for us to hear the testimonies of those who have gone before and come after us. Our God is a generational God, and we want to be intentional to inherit His blessings from generation to generation. 

Receiving God's love is the foundation for every kingdom pursuit! In this message, Pastor Jim shares 4 ways to receive His love. We are called to love the Lord, but even before we give love we are supposed to receive. Receiving His love is our foundation! Giving thanks is essential to receiving, and Pastor Jim shares several ways we can open our hearts to the Lord that will enable us to succeed in all that God has called us to!
